Amongst its plethora of services, C. N. Nicolaides & Co. LLC also operates as a debt collection agency, pursuing payments on debts owed by individuals or businesses and collecting debts on the creditor’s behalf (for a fee or percentage of the total amount owed).

Our debt collection practice is aimed at working with the creditors by providing a very attractive collection (fee) package, diplomatically liaising with the debtor utilizing our affluent and effective communication skills and policy of early intervention and collecting the debt owed while still maintaining a potential professional relationship between the creditor and the debtor, if the former so wishes.
